I really do think the situation with Tom Lockyer this season has had an effect on the club. It was such a sad situation and must have affected the players and management very badly. I think we have missed Tom and his leadership on the pitch as I think he commands his team well. Everyone also needs to understand what this situation done to Rob Edwards. His conduct after the play off final and when Tom collapsed again I'm December was impeccable. Thr man genuinely gets this club and town.
We won our prize the minute Tom Lockyer wad released from hospital after his cardiac arrest. That to me has made me realise how much things have changed for us and how thankful we should be.
