Liam Rosenior has done what looks like a good job at Hull.

They're certainly not going to pay us what we want for him. He'll be back with us next season.
Unfortunately we've wasted a lot of money on a signing that just hasn't come off.

Might be handy next season if we go down, the Giles of last season was one of the best players in the league

Thanks for buying those two League 1 players, we did think they were both going to struggle tbh. But RE knew best.

Oh come on, that can't be Geoff - being such a respected football journalist he'd know that Giles wasn't signed from Barnsley

The two signings this summer I was most sceptical about, so not surprised. Onyedinma (a player who was not on Slovenia pre-season camp and Edwards didn’t want) gets brought on at weekend ahead of Hashioka. Not allowed to criticise the recruitment though as I’ve heard it means you’re not a true fan.

I think Hashioka will prove a good player, but I also believe he needs a preseason

Hardly £20m on James Trafford level, is it?

Or even £18m on Cameron Archer.

Obviously won't happen. But questions should be asked over some of the decisions this season really. Imo we've not helped ourselves.

Kabore aswell. Piss poor. Not even Championship level.

Would add Kabore to the hit list too. Defo improved as the season has gone on. Wouldn’t say I’d be clamouring to sign him perm though

                                      ‘Improved’ is stretching the truth.

                                      He is poor at best.

If you think Kaboré is poor you’re just thick. He’s young and has lost focus a few times but he’s clearly a good player.

He's decent. But think on this. He's 21 and I guarantee he'll never play a first team game for City. Could you see him in Guardiolas plans? He's way too headless.

Foden is 23 and played how many games already? 150-200?
