Why is she getting so much attention? She's only the wife of a former sportsman, not a politician or anything like that.
She said Muslims are here to take over and a drain on society and that there are no innocent Gazans.

Plenty of Muslims who consider their faith the only true faith and everybody else unless they convert to Islam should "go to hell". This is a FACT by the way (Stacey Dooley doc). Whether you are religious or not that is disgraceful behaviour from English citizens and I consider it an attempt to force the weak minded into converting.

I admit I don’t find any religion appealing but it does seem to me that Islam has a lot of hate ( maybe the right wing press ) …the fact that blowing yourself up sends you to heaven with 40 virgins ( or something like that ) makes it an extreme religion imo. Godders does the Christian faith have anything like that ?
As Crumps has rightly stated each religion - and probably any society/organisation/group - has a proportion of extremist loons. Regrettably, that also includes Christianity: remember the awful crusades (obviously not personally) and that racism and slavery have appallingly been justified by religion/Bible. But, you'll be glad to know, that that kind of outrageous theology is seldom advocated nowadays as there is a greater understanding of a holistic approach to Biblical studies and the overall message of the God's love, grace , and forgiveness rather than getting bogged down in micromanaging people's lives which some extreme conservative evangelical churches can be guilty of.
Not all faiths profess that at all. In fact even some people in faiths where some people hold extremist views such as Christians and Muslims do not hold such views.
But the point is that Michelle Froome is being incredibly ignorant by such remarks. Maybe she has never encountered the generous hospitality that many Muslims show - and not least some of their fantastic cuisine which has enriched our culture! And if she's never engaged with them, she should keep her mouth firmly shut; better to keep quiet and be thought a fool rather than speak and remove all doubt springs firmly to mind.
The silent majority are usually too embarrassed to nail their colours to the mast as their thoughts are often ill-thought through, narrow-minded and full of prejudice in one form or another.
You actually think that? Look at the marches for Palestine, demanding freedom while they still hold a hundred or so hostages. Talk about playing the victim.
