      As far as I can tell the only thing they stand to lose is the costs of any failed appeal and they'll probably default on that.

          Also, today is the day that there potential owners need to stump up £158 million to repay a loan owed to current investors.

          If they can't find the cash and MSP don't extend the repayment deadline then there is a real possibility Everton face administration.

              Interesting that the season ticket renewal for them is the end of the month. They won't know what league they'll be in or even if they have a club to support next season. Their ST holders could be more unsecured creditors.
