Diana Ross. She will be 80 on Tuesday. I wonder if she can still sing like that now

No. She's clinging on. Should have been put out to retirement years ago.
Previous BBC superstars included Saville, Harris and Hall.
I doubt she'd appreciate you lumping her in the same box.

Diana Ross is not and has never been a BBC superstar.

Unlike the aforementioned Messrs. Saville Harris and Hall who undoubtedly were in their day BBC "superstars", my client has never hosted a fix it programme, done crappy paintings, made silly noises with a wobble board, or laughed herself to death at continental types playing silly games.

Ms.Ross might however be interested if a vacancy arose.

I would not mention those names in anywhere near close to anyone on this site, but Diana Ross was pure class

No, she can't. Was awful at Glastonbury.
              But great in her day.

Blimey, the program was in her heyday. Like I said she will be 80 on Tuesday

Funny thing is, if she wasn't getting it on with Berry Gordy, then Mary Wilson would probably have been who you were watching tonight. Luck of the draw.

Tammi Terrell was better than all of them put together, imho. Sadly died aged 24. Sent Marvin into a very dark space.
