Please don’t play Hashioka Centre half tomorrow it was a total disaster against Bournemouth he is way to light, he’s a full back at best.

      I'd rather see Pelly there.

That leaves Doughty, Kabore or Pelly at centre back then, or a formation change.

I’d go Kanore at CB Ogbene wing back and Townsend further forward, feels a lot more solid than some of the other options. That said we haven’t defended well with a back 3 so maybe a back 4 and Pelly into midfield

Could he pkay in front of the back 3/4 as a holding midfielder?

he is trying too hard to impress, and not being very successful.

He had a poor 2nd half, other than that hes looked ok filling in.
Not convinced Doughty would do any better, especially with his current habit of dodgy back passes.Maybe 4 at the back with a holder in front is needed?

                    4-2-3-1........

In the 4-2-3-1 who would be the other defensive midfielder next to pelly? Barkley? He can do a job there but he's not a true defensive midfielder. He's too offensive minded for that role IMO.

I think RE will go 4 at the back (can't discount 3 at the back however, Hashi being one of them). If it is 4 at the back, then a possible 4-1-2-2-1.

                      The 1 being Pelly
The 2 being Clark and Barkley
The 2 being Chong and Ogbene
                      The 1 being Morris

Tomorrow's game is such a big one. We need a performance from the team. Would love the crowd to be Sunderland 2nd leg. Could really do with Lady Luck paying us a little visit too. COYH
