One consolation is that if we go down, he will still be our manager next season in the Championship. No PL team would take the risk of appointing him, as he has shown himself to be a bit tactically naive at this level. I just hope he will learn from this experience, so there will be a chance of coming straight back up.

I think if you actually listen to him he says that the players available to him determine the tactics.... in our case and rightly so we decided to live within our means and therefore he has the players he has and therefore sets the tactics to match
