The club website tends to not put thigs as directly as it could. The obligation bit was widely reported.

But good to see you acknowledge if there is a slow response. I think bbb asked a few question to you as well.i note you you havent responded to the either. are you anti northern 0 in which case fair enough? or just selective?

The “obligation” was reported in advance but not on the day or since. Quite why we went ahead without the obligation was very odd.

What exactly is bbb on about? I am sorry I don’t understand the point he was making?

So you are ridiculing me for suggesting we should have kept him in January.

Have you seen his recent form, goals, assists and him being named in the L1 team of week etc.

Meanwhile we have one fit striker.

Ah so “buying” players from lower leagues has never worked for us…??

Forgetting that Joe is our player, and wouldn’t have taken a squad place either.

And has the one thing defender hate, exceptional pace.

So you would rather be down to bare bones strikers than having Joe too?

                            Cheers.

But at the time of his loan, we had a full compliment of fit strikers?

And I'm not convinced he would even be playing now.

If he was, with the greatest respect, I'm sure you would be complaining about how we haven't signed anyone else and are now relying on a player who barely played last season etc.

It's surely much better for him and his development to be playing week in, week out, rather than being sat on the bench, as 5th choice striker, picking up a few minutes every other month?

For the stikers, you want us to rely on internal solutions and players we already have on the books, yet for the defenders you want us to have signed someone else?

It doesn't feel overly consistent in your approach?

                              Re: Taylor again

Brown got injured against Chelsea so we didn’t have a full complement.

Moreover you are including Woodrow in the full complement.

If either Morris or Eli got injured we are then down to 1.5 strikers, Woodrow is not an out and out goal scorer even at his best.

So Brown hasn’t started since the 30th December, Taylor was loaned back out in early January and that in my view was too hasty unless we had a plan B to cover Brown.

Eli is now injured so we have Morris and Woodrow only, and we are trying to stay up.

No. Brown was ruled out for the season in February after a training ground incident, and now after Chelsea. That was after the deadline.

How many strikers would you go into the season with? We went in with at least 4.

The other injuries were after the January window. You're operating with the benefit of hindsight.

Also, amusing how you dismiss Woodrow, despite his decent Championship scoring record, yet herald Joe Taylor as somehow the saviour?

RE clearly thinks Taylors development will be helped by him playing regular football and seeing as he's managed a team to promotion to the PL and you haven't, I'm happy to go with his way of thinking.
