    Latest Doyle/Oxley podcast

    They have a point.
If we were rubbish this season, people may well be not getting so frustrated so it's our better than expected form that is causing angst because we have a realistic chance of survival.

I apologise I've not worded that very well but hopefully you get my drift.

Smell the coffee, there are bigger clubs than us in the championship that would love to be in our position.
      Plus Burnley and Sheffield United!

Look where we were 10 years.

I get frustrated because it is not a level playing field. The gap between the top 2 and bottom 2 has never been so big.

The league table is just a rich list, but hey, I have loved this season whatever happens, you have to aspire to get to the top or what is the point?

If we go down, big deal, new ground to pass onto the next generation of Luton fans

I genuinely can't fathom being pissed off by anything this season.

Coventry at Wembley and Everton away were two of the best moments of my life. Not even just limited to football, my whole life.

The idea that Issa Kabore losing track of a late runner could spoil that is ludicrous.

Hard to disagree, particularly when we've already had so many moments to remember this season

Well bloody said, mate. The amount of angst from some quarters at us losing to a team challenging for Champions League qualification is mind-boggling.

Remember Hyde at home, that's what I always say...

Remember it well. If we can tolerate that, then we were up for anything. And we were.

I don't think it's pissed off. I think it's a case of our expectations have been raised by having a realistic chance of survival.

Sheff U fans seem quite frustrated!

Not listened yet but I guess if we go down it will probably feel worse given the games we've come so close to getting more points from vs the big clubs.

Get impression there’s other stuff at play going on with Sheff Utd that’s irritated the fan base as well.

However as we’ve seen the last few weeks. Losing games brings out the worst in fans

Yes, that's a fair point, those games have been hugely frustrating in a way but the overall feel I get from this year is intense pride in watching our club do what it does best, taking on the elite and giving them a run for their incredible amounts of money.

Seeing Chelsea clinging on in desperation to a 3-0 lead as we tore them apart will live long in my memory even if it did end in frustration. And that Brighton game . . .

At Notts County in 92 I was upset but didn't think it would take over 30 years to get back.

If it happened this time I am fairly sure it would not take that long.
