Ogbene has to be the forward answer in the asbscence of adebayo and brown

High energy in the press and gives us a different kind of outlet in behind

dunno - if I had to make a choice I would probably put Chong further up the pitch rather than Ogbene

As an old git, I remember when we got a full back from Fulham and the manager told him that he was going to be centre forward. The manager was Alec Stock and the player was Malcolm MacDonald, whose big asset was his speed. So who knows what could become of Ogbene

McDonald was a centre forward for London schools, only played full back to gain an apprenticeship (according to his autobiography)

Opened has played up front for rep of Ireland, so maybe worth a punt.

Depends on what RE thinks that matters

I think Ogbene is an out and out traditional winger and playing him anywhere else ruins his potential. If you play him narrower in a crowded central role his speed becomes less useful.

He doesn't play like one, never tries to get to the line and his crossing is awful.

I think Ogbene and Bayo upfront would be a deadly partnership.

Ogbene needs space to run into so he can exploit his pace, play him upfront or a more central role in a more congested area will negate his pace.

Unless you go long and try and exploit space behind like everyone is doing to us at the moment.

then you defend deep and deny the space, as Sheff Utd did.

He would run out into those channels

Would definitely give us a different dynamic. Beat of football if he makes that run he don’t even need to get the ball he will be tracked likely by two defenders to deal with his space which would leave morris more time and space

He is a speed merchant - keep him out wide
