    Everton

What an absolute farce their appeal outcome is. The decision was reached over 3 weeks ago and still no announcement

I now wonder if they're waiting until they've finished dealing with the second charge against Everton, and then disclose all in one go . . . maybe even deciding if they can get away with including the 'no right to appeal' thing again too.

The Forest hearing is due to start in early March. I would expect Everton's second hearing to take place at the same time. If one is dealt with before the other, the one heard second could claim that their case was influenced by the other.

I saw you say something similar recently. Why would a separate and distinct case be influenced or prejudiced by another case? Following that logic both of the new hearings would be influenced or prejudiced by the first Everton hearing.

oh I don't know.....maybe because it isn't a separate and distinct case because it involves the SAME club, the SAME owners, the SAME accountants, the SAME breaches. It's also not a criminal court or even a civil court but rather a panel chosen to decide football matters. The nature of which I expect you know nothing. Like most of your posts that seem to constantly ask other posters for their views and opinions. It's almost like you're unable to formulate your own.....

Got it (I think), so a decision on the first charge needs to be revealed before early March to prevent a possible minefield of further delays due to outcries of 'unfair process' . . for want of a better phrase.

Who says that the decision was made three weeks ago? That was when the hearing was held. The panel then take the evidence away to make a decision. They have to produce a document setting out the details of the hearing and the reasoning behind the decision that they make. From memory, the document for the original hearing was over forty pages.

Having said that, I am just as keen to find out the decision as anyone else.

It's in everyone's best interests to hear sooner or later. Not just Everton but those clubs around them like us. Also for the PL to keep their house in order.

PL and House In Order in the same sentence . . .
