Listening (and watching) Tom on Radio 5's The Monday Night Club. He comes across as so, so intelligent, eloquent and generally impressive.

some will take this the wrong way. But I hope he retires and puts his talents to good use as either a coach to start with or in the media.

He's got those options if the medics advise him to hang up his boots. I don't think management would work due to the probable stress involved with that. But coaching and media work should be ok I'd have thought.
