I thought the link below would be interesting to board posters. Lot of interesting historical football stats on that site. Of particular interest in our attendance stats is that they have more often than not been around the 10k per season average. Also we had a sudden jump in attendance in 1975!!

Yes, some big attendances in 1974/75 pushed up the average, for instance - Arsenal home was 22,120 and interestingly Arsenal away was only 21,649.
Our average of 21,455 for 1956 is the highest between us and Watfraud. Their average of 4,609 is the lowest between the two.

The away game was on the 29th of September,we was in 16th,R Challis was the referee and Jimmy Rimmer was in goal for Arsenal,will double check my records obviously just in case I've got it wrong
