    if found guilty of offences shouldn't they be told they have no right of appeal?

    Seem to remember this happened to another far greater club than either of them.

        It's not as simple as that. As mentioned below, we were given an unprecedented ten point deduction - not given to other clubs.

        Other assorted shithousery includes the FA and FL pretending they weren't in contact with eachother over the 20 and 10 points deductions and basically said oops, never mind eh. Our appeals were not heard, we were threatened that if we didn't shut up then they would destroy us but taking away our golden share, smug directors of clubs that would benefit from our points deduction making decisions on our case, having to pay £100k which was considered a fine, delaying the points deductions for maximum effect sending us out of the league.

        I'm sure I've missed something.
