Still think this could potentially end badly for us. Our fate could end up not being decided by our own performance on the pitch but rather the quality of the cases put forward by these clubs in the courts.
We could have premier league survival snatched away from us if the grounds for these charges is thrown out in May.
Likely we are not good enough but get a 2nd go in a way of punishment.
I don’t get your point at all but you’ve posted it so many times it makes sense to you.

As far as I know if they appeal it it has to be sorted 12 weeks before the end of the season so would be sorted by then. Even if they had to take it to the high Court all teams have signed up to the agreement for ffp
Any deduction will be applied this season, but it's possible the result of any appeal won't be decided until after the last game is played. So the table could still change after that.

According to a knowledgeable chap on talk shite, once the season has ended, and teams relegated ( those with deductions) don't have a right to appeal..
And those clubs made the rules, with the others I the prem, last summer.

Don’t forget the season ‘officially’ ends in June, when the EPL hold their AGM and the relegated clubs transfer their certificates. Appeals against any sanctions imposed must be completed by then, not by the time if the last game in May…
