    The 83/92 Club

Posted by Billy The Kid on 8/1/2024, 9:52:54

Currently Luton have played at 83/92 Football League Grounds.

After Bolton, Spurs, Arsenal and West Ham, it will be 87/92 by the end of the season.

FYI remaining will be MK Dons, AFC Wimbledon, Harrogate, Salford and Sutton.

Who is currently in the 83 club, I'll start.....

    Me

Ps I get some of you may class it as 91 because of MK Dons, I get it I get it!

80 out of 83. I haven't been to Fleetwood or Newport yet, or St Mary's. But I've been to Salford and Harrogate in my quest for the 91. I'll be on 87 out of 91 at the end of the season (88 if Sutton are replaced by Chesterfield.

If I can interject here. I think you will find that a) Mike was in a few war films, but not in Coronation St long enough to go head to head with Ken.
                                b) Ken was a wet University graduate, who couldn't keep any of his wives more than five minutes.
                                c) If they had misbehaved in my cafe, I would have trounced the pair of them.

Mike and Ken had a spat over Deidrie,Ken was head of the Weatherfield Gazette and Mike founded Baldwins casuals, the sturdy not a hair out of place northerner versus the mouthy little cockney was always going to end in fisticuffs
