    FA Cup run

    Posted by Carroll’s elbow on 4/1/2024, 11:44:42

I hope we give it a decent go. Winning the 3rd, 4th, 5th round is worth best part of 450k prize money, plus potential TV.

Every little helps and all that.

agree with Dan. We could go a few rounds, but in the end you´ll finally meet a full strength Liverpool or City once they decide to take it seriously.

A little cup run is loose change compared to staying another year in the Premier League so play the reserves and see how they go

Whilst I agree with what you are saying, we have given both Liverpool and City a run for their money. If we got either of them at home, I don't think that the result would be a foregone conclusion (assuming that we play our strongest team).

I certainly think that staying up is the top priority.

Are we not in danger of becoming like all the other clubs desperate to stay up? I had hoped we could be different.
