Unfortunately he's made quite a lot of bad mistakes that have directly led to goals conceded already this season. He has, as you say, been great recently especially going forward but I do wonder if he really is up to the task consistently.

Think that is unfair. Yes mistake today, but if he was the finished article he wouldn't have been let out on loan. I have to say though, that when you look at osho, bell and menghi, who all at some stage of their career have been "not good enough" that he shouldn't worry

You may be right. However, at this level you get punished ruthlessly. With the players you mentioned they've made mistakes at a lower standard.
