Good night Palace / Brentford losing

    Posted by M on 27/12/2023, 20:07:25

It could be a very good night for Luton , Palace and Brentford losing at the moment if that stays that way and City beat Everton which I expect them to,it would bring them 3 clubs into the relegation fight and we have a game in hand on some of them so let’s hope these 3 all lose.

Yep a very good couple of days only really let down by Forest winning at Newcastle. Without that win we'd be above them! They play man Utd on Saturday - who knows which man Utd will turn up for that fixture.

Unless everton get another points deduction they are not a relegation candidate. Brentford meanwhile may well be. Obvious important that Palace lost.

Agreed about Everton but the longer we can keep several teams within a reasonable distance the better.

              City winning now.

Would be a good night. But we just still gotta take care of our business and try and get a result Saturday against Chelsea at home.

If we lost to Chelsea, we would have got a result, not the one we wanted but a result.

              Agreed ?

Agree totally mate but where these 3 to lose it would help our cause and I am confident we will beat Chelsea on Saturday .

Surely it helps if teams around us lose.

Having had another look, any kind of result against the people we're not allowed to call rent boys and a few going the wrong way, this weekend, and everyone from Fulham down need to be worried.

                      Good times.

                      Cheers, Jim
