      Champagne (try English sparkling - Chapel Down is very nice)with your smoked salmon blinis… chablis with your starter followed by either a Lirac or Chateauneuf-du-pape.
      If you are having cheese it has to be a ruby port ….although my wife likes Tokaji…clearly she has no taste as is married to me…😂😂
