    Are Ofgem here to regulate for the customer or the companies?

              They cream off £billions yet when not making enough profit they charge consumers more to keep paying dividends to wealthy shareholders.

                  I think there’s a bigger recent con in so much that a bunch of spivs, liars, bullshitters and opportunists somehow convinced a sizeable proportion of the UK population to vote us out of the worlds richest trading bloc but I take your point - selling us something that already belonged to us took some staggering audacity.
