      Bought for 10m in 2005. Sold for just over £50m in 2022.

      Sold to a joint venture between wrenbridge and Morgan Stanley for warehousing/logistics

            I'll be genuinely amazed if it even looks that good.

            I suspect they will become basic bog standard warehouses, minus the green roofs etc and all that glass etc, as the planning progresses.

                      How about a very large electric car charging centre, one has just appeared on a new outer,outer ring road in North Norwich. Always very busy.
