My view of our promotion was:
Financial security for the foreseeable future
Play a season in the Prem and not be embarrassed and not finish as the worst ever points total
Build a squad that will be very very competitive back in the Championship
I think we have/are achieving all those aims. Losing by the odd goal to some of the best teams in the world is frustrating, but so far from the hell hole days of non league. Our squad will be easily top 6 in any Championship season and we only need one win to beat Derby's point total.

To concede before competing is ridiculous.
This team has demonstrated they are good enough to win points, compete and with a bit of luck stay up - end of.

Agree with this. Even if we go down, we could possibly sell some for some good cash. If they don’t go, it’ll be a seriously good squad. Townsend may even stick around if nobody else fancies him.
