    Trains on Saturday

Posted by John on 30/11/2023, 13:49:10

Looks like a bit of a nightmare with trains this weekend due to train strike. Assume this is still going ahead despite todayís agreement?

The agreement is with the RMT union, weekend strike is with the ASLEF union.

And the train companies. They're the ones who want to make working for them harder and less rewarding.

I thought you said it was the government not the train operators doing the forcing?

              When?
And the government are hand-in-glove with the operators.

                Ant proof on your claim?

What have formic insects to do with trains?

And are you so dim you don't realise that the government part-owns railway companies?
If you are, this will help you understand, if you have the intelligence to do anything other than ask daft questions while accusing others of "being silly".

So you don't have any proof then.

You didn't read the link pointing out that government part-owns the operating companies?
Or perhaps it was too difficult for you to comprehend.

                          PS
Also, government ministers have been vocal in telling the unions to accept the companies' measly offers.
Stop digging, you'll be in the Antipodes soon.

So you've still no proof. Stop digging.
