    Olise goal

I stand in the Oak Road so a long way away but it looked like to me when he first turned Bell as if the ball went out but nobody else seemed to mention this and I haven't seen any replays that conclusively prove this was or wasnt the case... anybody think the same ?

No idea. But Bell should have taken him out and taken a booking when he was on the touchline, knowing how pacy he is.

Wasn’t he on a yellow card at the time?

Bell barged Olise (I think) off the ball down that touchline earlier and was booked by a ref over keen to get his card out. If he takes Olise out any way leading up to that goal he gets sent off.

You're right he didn't, just checked, was certain ref showed him yellow. Wow.

Easy mistake to make with the way that guy was giving us yellows at every vaguely possible opportunity.

Around the 60 minute mark, was certain ref showed him a card.

Answer is no he wasnt so yes he should have took him out. We need to be more cynical in those situations.

Yes, he should have. They took us out early most times we looked like we could break.

why not. It was a stunning goal. State indictment of modern football fans now really that they can't just admire a goal like that against their own side.

I agree. We're playing in a league with World Class players. Sometimes you will get undone by a bit of world class skill.

I disagree with the criticism of Bell for that goal. Not many full backs in world football would have stopped the run by Olise.

Maybe I wouldn't have been so generous though if it would have been the winning goal 🤔

Yep the ball was definitely out , I was sitting in the Kenny near corner flag at the front , and clearly saw that ball was out , the linesman had a clear view and should have given a throw to us , the linesman was atrocious yesterday .
