    Rob Edwards

What a decent manager.night and day from Nathan,Nathan was all me what I have achieved, and Rob is so humble us the team, what we have achieved, the number one priority has to be keeping this guy.I respect the work by Jones, but no way Nathan gets us to the prem.He couldn't keep Stmpton up with a prem squad, and Edwards is doing superbly with what at the start of the season looked like an overpowered Championship squad with sa couple of prem journeymen.a couple of shrewd acquisitions in January and we stay up...the ramblings of a happy drunk fan.

      night and day isnt it?

yeah jones saved us when we needed him from the other disaster of a jones. but he was a total crank, there is a reason nobody is employing him as a manager.

RE is the best signing the club has made since 2020 took over.

RE is a fantastic fit with 2020 & LTFC, a top manager and a true gent, but the catalyst for where we are now managerial wise is Sir John of Still.

We would not be where we are today without NJ. Fact. This hindsight critique of him is all rather disingenuous.

If you're talking about facts, why didn't you mention the FACT that he's a cýnt?

I canít think of many better signings in my 35 years of following Luton.

              These are great days, indeed.

Fair play to Rob Edwards, ive been unhappy in selections and approach at times this season and slaughtered the arrival of Ross Barkley, i know. However maybe he's got it right and listening to Browns post match interview appears to have boys all playing for the club which is great.
I do still like Nathan and felt Premier Lg closed shop against him was unfair and do think at some stage in his career his presence will return to Luton, cetainly played his part in our historic rise up to now, undeniable.

                  Why?

Why would you criticise the arrival of a player of proven Premier League quality and countless England caps?

I take it now have now come to agree that players like Woodrow and Berry will not be good enough for this level.

As much as Berry in particular has been part of our story he I am sure would agree that Ross is on another planet in terms lf quality and poise on the ball.

Watch the winner again, four Palace players tried to shut down Barkley thus opening up space for the pass wide.

Anyone who knows football knows that you can never have too much quality and class is permanent.

This doesnít take anything away from some of the other players but when up against the worlds best you have to do things differently.

Townsend is another many didnít think we needed, but clearly he was and has already proven this.

Has Ross Barkley really fulfilled his potential at other clubs? Why did he continue to move around with loans and few clubs supporters ever dissapointed when he moved on. Was it because he was in big talented squads and they coulnt find his right position. His England caps?dont recall his impact and although a healthy bank balance too date surely must have an uncompleted CV. and disappointment to him too. When he arrived it appeared it might be just another pay day.
I am as happy as anyone that he now seems to be taking his chance and wants to become a legend with us, which i hope he does.
My gripe with our Manager was the treatment of Allan Campbell which was clear to see, the fact he didnt rate him from the start, how he never came on at the Play off final and then pushing him out at the start of this season. Also as others have written Pelly plays and we win, still a Manager has to learn as we go along as well.
Ive been a fan since early 70s and its been some story with some fantastic players through our club but skill alone is not enough you need heart and desire.
I rest my case and hope we continue to prosper like yesterday .
                      Respect

Campbell can't get a game at Millwall and stayed on the bench despite them losing 3-0 at home yesterday.
