Different approaches for different matches, nothing wrong with that as far as I am concerned. RE said something about that after the Fulham game, I think.

I disagree,why respect And invite pressure from big teams. We are not going to get any points trying to defend against the likes of man city etc So call it a free hit and go for it

You're assuming that we would play the same way against Man City as we did against Fulham - but you don't know that, none of us do. Maybe we thought Fulham were particularly vulnerable against that approach? Maybe we might think otherwise about Man City? We won't know until we actually play them, until then you're just imagining a possible scenario and then criticising the manager for it!

We had the better chances against Fulham overall, so it worked I would say, we just didn't convert them.
