    Our support today

Posted by crumpsall on 23/9/2023, 22:49:29

Come on, we need to do better than that. Very quiet when we were under the cosh a bit.

The usual parts of the ground were brilliant as ever, but KR and the DPS...patchy at best.

Cauldron it wasn't. Let's bring what we do away, home.

Gutted for the team not winning today and still fuming about the ref getting in Marv's way leading to their goal.

Carlton, crikey, what a brilliant bit of movement to set up that shot.

Onwards and upwards all. ####ing sing up!

But given how many have taken the moral high ground about what is acceptable to be sung in recent months, it's easier for some to stay quiet instead of being judged?

        Desperate. Absolutely desperate.

Just because some got called out for a shit chant about Bowen's wife.

Well, boo ####ing hoo. Act like a ####, get called a ####. You're all for that aren't you?

Anyhow, that's got #### all to do with the KR end or the DPS, subjects of my comments. The Oak Road and the usual blocks did their bit.

I get myself into numerous arguments with multiple posters.
I still can't work out the common denominator though.

Trouble is it’s very difficult to do that for 95 minutes, apart from some exceptional matches, there are bound to be lulls. What I like at the moment is that I don’t hear any moans and groans, the fan base is right behind the team come what may

How wrong could you be you ####ing idiot!

Today particularly as I got into a bit of an argument with a few of the 'sitting on hands' behind me.

I'll call Trigger as witness if needed

I can indeed vouch that Crumps was at his vocal best today, and was trying his best to raise the atmosphere.
It did go very quiet today in the period after Wolves scored, and we will need to be better than that in future when the team need our support to lift them.

Cheers Trig. It would appear we have yet another rather sad imposter on the go.

We need to up our game to raise voices in the DPS again, it was great when they got going!

                  Good advice to yourself maybe.

Otherwise no idea what you're wittering on about, but I'm sure it's as meaningful as ever...

Even the Enclosure sing these days Crumps! It did go a bit quiet for around 15 mins but soon got going after that.

              PS
I saw you walking towards the station before the match but you were too far away for me to say/shout hello! Suspect you were on the way to the Brickies?

Hope all is good with you.

Some great 'old faces' there today, notably Solingen and Wolfie.

It’s pointless pointing at different sections of the ground but the acoustics all round are poor. I sit in Kenilworth Upper and it was very loud for long periods with plenty of vocal support as it has been for some time.
You may think you are making a racket in the Oak Road but it really doesn’t come across loud at all from the other end.
It’s what the players hear that matters
