We need more venom in our attack

Nobody we've played this season has struggled against us defensively. Our final ball in attack, whether an unmet cross or a shot, is almost always tame. The exceptions being Brown's header against the post and Morris attempt today that also hit the post. No goals scored in open play so far. If we tweak this in our favour we have a chance, if we don't we are relegated.

Utilise Ogbene's pace much more, he's 2nd fastest player in prem apparently. Him and Brown to start. Experiment Woodrow instead of Morris, I think Woodrow might be a marginally more clinical finisher than Morris. We still need to figure out our best midfield, but I think Chong provides a better attacking edge. Is there any way of getting Doughty and Giles playing at same time?

Apologies you are correct. But my point stands, we're too tame in attack so far and haven't caused any major problems for the teams we've played against yet.

We hit the post twice. Had both been a cm to the left we would have scored 2. Would that have been acceptabie?

Yes of course, but neither was. Nearly doesn't count unfortunately.
