                      Cant get em in Carlisle now,local shop didnt sell enough so stopped doing them- Haggis sausage in batter is decent

                          Another local thing i have never seen elsewhere is Pattes- big balls of deep fried battered mash plain or with a mince filling, very nice with curry sauce
