Stadium works question - sorry if posted before

Does anyone know if there were any plans shown for the work which will make KR premier league standard? It may have been asked before so I do apologise if so.

I have heard rumours that there will be more restricted views after the works are completed, maybe due to floodlights? Is this the case and which parts of the stand will be affected?

Drove past the ground on Hatters Way a few hours ago. There was a flatbed truck with a lot of materials on it that was being unloaded in Maple Road car park. Full steam ahead!!

The floodlight pylons at the Kenilworth Road end will be new obstructions to the view that come down to the front of the U and N blocks that spell LUTON (Blocks C & F).

The pylons will be metal but not completely solid like the blue pillars are.

They are on the normal planning portal, don't have the links to hand.

There will be four new floodlight pylons - no idea of design or how intrusive they might be - that will likely obstruct views as they are at the front of the stands at the ends of the ground and not in the corners.
