    Game of the season?

Posted by PHS on 31/5/2023, 14:36:01

For me the atmosphere and noise levels at KR for the Sunderland PO game outweighed Wembley.

The magnitude of the occasion at Wembley meant the result was umpteen times more important but for the sheer sport spectating experience that Sunderland game was something else.

The atmosphere for the Watford match at KR was mightily impressive but we stepped up at least two rungs for Sunderland. What an absolutely unforgettable evening.

Hopefully that will be the norm for next season's visitors.

Thought KR was louder for Watford. Massive celebration.

Sunderland under lights was special and I guess a different type of game to win.

I'm not a fan of Wembley but thought our fans were exceptional.

That Sunderland game was the best game I've ever experienced at KR.

Maybe, but I have never felt anything like I did at the end of the penalty shoot out at a football match in my life. I’ve never cried with joy at a game before

I'm a very reserved person but had tears in my eyes looking around watching fellow fans celebrating and thinking of lost loved ones who would be so proud
