Pitch preparations with building work ongoing

Must have an impact. Pitch has been amazing this year. Perhaps Henri is being consulted.

I assume the design of the new structure takes that into account and makes sure the use of the pitch is over early.

Heard a story today our pitch is not wide enough by a couple of yards for the Premier League and a couple of front rows of the main stand will be removed to enable a wider pitch.
        Anyone heard anything about this?

Right ref pitch width in that it’s not wide enough, however we will not be made to make it bigger due to the impossible nature of doing such a thing.

No adaptions to pitch width is planned/needed.

The premier League makes allowances on pitch size that is out of spec ask ManUtd or Chelsea.

It was a season ticket holder who has one of said seats actually. Hence I asked if anyone else had heard similar.

They don't seem to have any plans to move the floodlight pylons so I think we can discount this one somehow . . .

Good point but do the floodlight pylons encroach on the first two rows?

I hadn't heard this and discounted it but it come from a ticket holder in those rows.

PL rules say, "the length of the pitch
shall be 105 metres and its breadth 68 metres". Fulham's pitch is 100m x 65m.

According to the Football Tripper website, Luton's is 100m x 66m.

Also, "The Board shall only give permission to a Club for the dimensions of its pitch to be
other than as set out in Rule K.15 if it is impossible for it to comply with Rule K.15 due
to the nature of the construction of its Stadium".

                That'll be Kenilworth Road then.

What absolute bollocks. Where do you get this shot from.

No pitch dimension restrictions in Pl. If pitch conforms to Football Association Laws of the game that's all the matters.
