    Watford allocation

Posted by Godders on 31/3/2023, 22:09:43

Talking to a Watford fan who's going tomorrow he says that Watford were only been given 800 tickets not the usual 1036 or whatever it is.

Presumably this must be under police advice in which case not only have they reduced the allocation but also made it a bubble game as well as close off loads of roads around the ground. Sounds like serious over kill yet again.

The Oak Road Stand allocation is just under 1,000 for visiting fans, sold on an unreserved seating basis.

Watford received 1032 spaces in the Oak Road including 50 players comps....plus 5 pairs of wheelchair spaces so 1042 total.....although a handful were returned unsold .

The police didnt make it a bubble game. the scum board did. They know that. We know that. It was police advice. Not police insistence. They probably advised the away fixture the same ,Our board said no. theirs didn`t.

The police are ruining the atmosphere of football. I get that they worry about violence but the situation surrounding this game is ridiculous. Not only that but they are making things difficult for supporters who want to watch the game without being diverted a mile off course from their usual route to the ground, that is more concerning.

The Police in this country and absolutely clueless and its only getting worse.

                    wont disagree.

but its still down to us to make it a horrific experience for them (not talking about kicking their heads in).
