Bloody atrocious. Every now and then , MP's or congressmen stand up and say they will fix it. Then they don't.

Well, let right wingers's greed go unchecked and this is a result. Until the #thickelectorate pull their fingers out and do something like boycotting this then things will continue to get worse.

          Disgraceful that it's allowed.

See it everywhere online, a booking fee, an admin fee which combine to add a decent % of the actual ticket price to the fee.

It's not just that, you can see tickets going up for resale on their and others' sites just as fan pre-sales start.

I think I'm nearly done with "big" gigs, much better to support ground roots music and your local music venues.

Don't buy tickets from them then they will go out of business. But people still do and then moan about it.l

Fully agree (Third from two) and I don't buy tickets from them. I have stopped (for several years now) going to big events. Not only because of ticketmaster. I hate the idea of paying big money to sit and watch a big screen, because the stage is so far away. Listening to volume, over acoustics and being ripped off on drinks etc.
Small venues are my entertainment. Good value, local, up close to the stage and among real fans.
Bit like watching Luton at KR, instead of the glory boys at the "big" clubs/grounds.

Bedford Esquires is a good example. And look at some of the bands they’ve had play there before they made the big time.
