I assume he is keeping his penalty saves in case we need them in the playoff's, he's getting an awful lot of practice lately without ever looking like he is gonna save any.
Don't blame him for not saving today's or any of them really, this is not a criticism he played well today just an observation before people start moaning

A question to you .... When we concede a penalty, which seems like every game at present, what level of confidence do you have that it will be saved? Unfortunately as soon as a pen is given against us I assume they will score, this has not been the same with some passed keepers, hopefully Ethan will turn the tide when it really matters

Some of the keepers weren't very good at there normal job but filled me with more confidence of saving the odd pen
Sluga and Stech I always felt despite them both making the odd howler when it came to pens they had a decent chance of a save.
Tyler and Shea saved the odd one
Horvath and Mervyn Day nowhere near saving any of them
As I said to start hoping Horvath is saving his for the playoffs should we need them

'past' but as any goalkeeper, or anyone who's ever played football, will tell you: a professional football player should score a one on one from 12 yards. Every, fucking, time.
For goalkeepers, it's a lottery that they can't lose but might win.
Anyone expecting a goalkeeper to save one is a dick but you see a lot of that.

To be honest I’ve thought that every time we’ve had a penalty against us. Odds are always in the taker’s favour ( unless it’s us with the penalty).

Around 80% of penalties are scored I think. Well, we score on less and we let in 100%. 🤪

Have to say surely this should be practiced, with a plan rather than on the day. I like our keeper but need an inspirational pen saved occasionally.
