Oysters taste like snot, both in texture and taste. Overrated nonsense.

Lobster, scallops, muscles, crabs - all sublime.

Lobster is so overrated IMO, very little flavour. Crab 🦀 is so much better

Nah mate, bush coconut and bunya nut served as a starter then ruby saltbush topped with a delicate serving of wichetty grubs is the way to go, extremely scrummy. All washed down with a flagon or two of way-a-linah of course, even your farts smell nice afterwards

Do try it. Oysters are lovely. I've also tried snails, only as good as the garlic and herb butter they're baked in. Also tried frogs legs, very much only as good as the sauce poured on them.
If you wanna walk on the wild side , sushi and sashimi. Delicious

Sushi isn't fish it's the rice part of the dish. But absolutely agree good sushi takes a lot of beating, great food

Sashimi Frank , is the best , sushi can be too much rice and has been heavily Americanised
