    The Valois post below

Scored that left peg worldy from about 35 yards out into the top right on his debut and completely overshadowed Carl Griffiths hattrick against Torquay.

In the family stand as it was known then with our youngest. The Kenny was going ####ing nuts!

We had a brilliant side that season.

Remember that 🚀 rocket past our current head of gk coach K Dearden who was a similar size to he is now!

Scored a few crackers that season, at orient and Darlington

I was in the Kenny, with his shot coming directly towards where I was sitting. The whole stand seem to fall silent as he shaped to hit it and almost held it’s breath with the ball heading goalwards. Followed by an absolute explosion of noise! A memory that will live with me forever.

Agreed, the buzz walking out of the ground that evening was incredible - and was no doubt a major reason for over 2,700 making the trip to Leyton Orient on the Tuesday night. Considering how poor the last few years had been before then it was a fantastic season although imagine how good it would have been with a proper goalkeeper 😀

Yeah in the kenny too that day. We were utterly speechless. He was worth the season ticket price on his own. Would come up with a piece of magic two/three times a game at least. Never forget the dummy he threw once that sent three players in the wrong direction, he then casually dribbled the ball where they were originally standing

The guy was a bloody magician. Sadly BFJ never played him on a cold Tuesday night in Halifax.

As the goal he laid on a plate for Dean Crow on that showreel was, in fact, on a Tuesday night in Halifax, you're completely wrong. Kinnear rarely left Valois out of the starting line-up. Maybe a couple of times at most.

Valois and Taylor down the left! That was my first year as a ST holder in the main stand. A very good side.
