Basically he won't work for a club that won't be able to buy him any player that he wants regardless of fair play rules..

Let's hope that they get a huge point deduction or relegation as punishment. In normal circumstances I'd say that was never going to happen but it just so happens that football is currently under great scrutiny as to whether it can self regulate or not. By giving city a hefty punishment it would send a message that it can self regulate which could be interesting...

if they get a relegation, that will mean nothing. Literally zilch. Make no difference to the rule bending, rule breaking, money laundering practices which are rife and have corrupted a simple sport.
