Just finished watching the Wrexham tv show (which is probably the best programme about football I’ve seen). It just reminded me of how hard that division was and how painful those play off defeats were. I know we bang on about it, but it’s important to not forget how far we’ve come, when you look at where we now sit. It’s actually un####ingbelievable.

There could be tens or hundreds more in that Forza club but surely Forza Pelly, who tore some teams a new a hole, can’t remember who it was against at home during the promotion season but he produced at least half a dozen of his mad rhino runs with at one stage half their team hanging off him but on he went, great stuff
Also (and the immature and short sighted on here won’t like it, but…) Forza Andre Gray, 30 goals in that promotion season and unplayable at times, would’ve been a lot tougher without him, not a shame that he ended up at the scum as sh&t happens but a shame he acted like a cock here a few seasons ago

Was running out of phone battery
The fact that we had to go the last couple of months of the season with such an inexperienced midfield of Pelly, McGeehan and Robinson made it even more special.
