Just read your post further down re Lord Hill. I used to sit next to him every week at Luton, didn't have a clue who he was until my dad went instead of my mates dad one week. He then told me who I sat next to. Still didn't have a clue at the time. I guess I was about 14 or 15 at the time

My old man got to know him quite well, he was a man of the people, didn't matter what status he would get on. My dad blamed him for several drunken incidents (he'd get pissed on a half of shandy to be fair!)
How are you doing? Saw your lads at Wigan, they were going to see the same band at two venues that night!

Yes, they are fine thanks, apart from life getting in the way. They go to all sorts of gigs, of one sort or another. Yes LH was always fine with me, there was another old chap he went along to the games with. Just like talking to any other supporters really.
