How do they get hold of their tickets for really important/high demand games? I noticed that one particular youtuber got tickets in the home end for Luton vs Huddersfield playoff games, and considering our capacity is small and lots of town fans unable to get tickets, the youtubers magically do

If they have a decent following then they can either contact the clubs or use their followers for help.
For the Huddersfield game the tickets did go on general sale for a few remaining singles so getting in to the home end wouldn't have been impossible.

Do you not think the club have a moral obligation to the fans, especially in high profile games, the huddersfield game was always going to sell out, so it wasn't like it was going spare

the clubs have a certain amount of tickets they can use as they see fit if they wish to. this could go to staff, corporate, commercial etc.
