      I saw they used the argument that domestic violence incidents go up after sporting events. It's not the song it's knobheads that have too much to drink/do too much gear and can't separate the result from the rest of their life

          It could if the argument were to cancel the Rugby.

          According to Chris Bryant, almost all of the crime in his constituency is domestic violence related which, as mentioned, spikes around major sporting events. Maybe not promoting the singing of a song about stabbing a lover to death isn't the worst thing that anybody could suggest.

          Is there a song along the lines of 'have a beer, enjoy the egg-chasing, please don't go home and kill your wife'? If not, Sir Tom should maybe write one.
