How can people say we really looked a solid as we have done all season. Some of the football was awful and we were literally hanging on at times. Cardiff haven’t won in 11 and are awful but the way we played they thought they could have won it. Grimsby we looked poor as well. Yes we are 4th and all that but if we are to stay there the football has to get better as a decent team would tear us apart at the moment. Transfer window wise Muskwe coming back is about as exciting as seeing Jordan Cook in the lineup. If the team stays fit we have a decent team on paper with the loans coming in but a couple of injuries and we don’t look like we have decent cover especially up front

Are you the two moaning ingrates who sit behind me in the Kenny? Winners find a way to win. We did last night and you’re clearly not happy. Wow.

How many chances did they create?
Granted we didn’t create enough but we didn’t look like conceding and that is an improvement after West Brom

"We didn't create enough", we must of had at least 8 good crosses into to the 6 yard box and several corners. Forwards have a responsibility to get across defenders and get first to the ball. Something that Morris and Elijah, who are both a handful, need to improve on.

Agreed, I was saying that last night, last two games there have been very large numbers of deliveries into the box. Of course the quality has varied but so often there hasn't been much on and so rarely a run to the near post.
Bring back Scott Rendell .

Yes, you'd think so to be honest.

Agree, Elijah seems content to hang out at the far post rather than getting in front of the first defender.
Morris has been exceptional so far but he also wasn't attacking the crosses last night. In fact, I thought it was noticeable how deep he kept dropping last night.

Both wing backs but in 3 or 4 crosses that were begging for any kind of contact. Morris didn’t look anywhere his best and Adebayo (imo) would probably not start for any of the top 10 sides in the champ atm.

He regularly starts for one of the top ten sides.

I would have subbed Elijah and pushed Woodrow forward to offer something different, lucky I'm not the manager!!

I thought he had an awful game and if Harry had been on the bench would have subbed ….as you say good job it’s not our day job 😂😂

Of course, good teams find a way to win whoever they come up against and however well they play on the day
Which is what we did. We can win in different ways now, which is progress
We have struggled at home this season - it was important to get any sort of win before that became a 'thing'
A game here and there does not say how good or bad a side are. I've seen sides at the top of the whatever League we're in at the time, come to Luton and haven't been impressed but that doesn't mean to say they're not any good. Just that they had an underwhelming day

Wouldn't you rather be 4th playing poorly and having the opportunity to improve.... Last night was a poor quality game, but that was partly down to Cardiff just trying to spoil (don't blame them in their position) and awful referee and a below par performance from us .... take the positives , we were poor and still got 3 points
