I think to let 2 of our strikers go, without replacing them with experienced strikers is very risky and somewhat shoddy.
Puts a lot of pressure on Eli and Morris, if one of them gets a long term injury it could hurt our end of season push.

I’m not understanding the logic of your statement. If anything we were oversubscribed for strikers. We have strikers Luton loan getting experience. We had three main strikers We still have.. We let go Two substitute options and brought one back in from loan. We’re hardly light. We have several substitute options still out on loan who can be drafted in if we become stretched. I’m not sure Mendes-Gomes is far way from Cornick’s standard but young with time to improve. Cornick hasn’t improved for a while and oops to have packed and regressed.

You can only recall in a transfer window. So we’re not seeing CMG or McAtee this season

Always got the option to recall Mendes Gomes as well, who incidentally is a lot better than Muskwe!
