    A very mixed night

Great to get the win and put us in the promotion top spots but really disappointed to lose Jerome and Cornick when on the verge of great things and to not replace them. Taylor makes no sense, the Peterborough fans thought he would get a free move back to the National league as he is awful
All the pressure on Adebayo and Morris now and injuries bound to happen with that. Three good pros out in Jerome, Cornick and Bree and only loans in. Just feels we have won big and lost bigger tonight, feels sad

What fool pays attention to a posh fans opinion above our scouting team.

I think on balance our first eleven is stronger, Bree will be missed but the new lad looks a decent signing. Marvellous will give us the defensive midfielder we have been missing. The problem is that our back up is weaker, so depends on injuries. 18 championship games to go so fingers crossed

Agree with your sentiments entirely. Very poor business from the board. Should have kept Cornick until the summer, unless our replacement was already in the building. Let’s be honest, Taylor is clearly a panic buy, and fleetwood fans haven’t been impressed with Muskwe.

All our rivals have strengthened too. Massive opportunity ####ed up.

This lack of spine thing appears to be catching. Is there a vaccine yet?

It’s called seeing the wood for the trees. Do you really need it spelling out thickie?!

Can you spell out the scouting process that’s gone into the signing for me as you clearly know all about it.
You knew a lot about Adebayo and Morris before they signed presumably?
Remind me, how many did Morris score for Barnsley last season?

Oh dear lad, do some research on Taylor, and then try and compare his experience of first team football to Morris and Elijah.

            This country…..

Cornick and Jerome wouldn’t have played tonight.

Cornick has struggled to get into the match day squad this season.

Been amazing for us and he will make a decent League 1 striker for next year for Bristol City.

Oh and we have signed to Premier league players, one recently worth £11 million

            Our gates are 9500

Trust in Mick, RE and 2020.

Keep hearing Edwards saying we are coming out of the window stronger. He is smoking something strong if replacing Cornick and Jerome with Taylor and Admiral Miskwe makes us stronger. Very disappointing for a club challenging for promotion.

Lost Cornick, Jerome, Bree, Isted and probably Macey. Didn’t get a left sided centre back.

Brought in two Prem quality loans to replace Bree and finally provide our system with a holding midfielder, a slightly more experienced backup keeper, a ‘promising’ striker that Posh fans don’t rate and we brought back the Admiral who has scored a couple of pens in League 1. Plus we made a bit of money.

                  Goalkeeping dept - slightly stronger
                  Defenders - evens
                  Midfield - stronger
                  Strikers - weaker
                  Finances - improved

                  Yes, a very mixed night.

Great post. Though imo, it's worth comparing to last year and where we were.

Imo, Morris and Adebayo = absolutely enough up front to do lots of damage to whoever we're facing. Any more was a bonus luxury and well worth sacrificing.

I'd be more worried about the amount of loanees we're taking in, and how we're going to turn this into a sustainable model. We've exchanged value for short term shots.

Some of the blind allegiance on here is hilarious. I've seen Miskwe with my own eyes. You would never sign him for a promotion push to the premiership. And unless I'm mistaken Taylor has hardly any pro games and even less goals...

Clutching at straws here but maybe an out of contract striker to come in?
