              Sure, when you provide the stats for how successful just tossing it in the box is for everybody who does that versus the crosses of Bree's that do beat the first man.

                  Agreed, Bree has done a great job for us and whilst I like Stacey, it's a different thing bombing forward in a team dominating league one than what we need in the championship where we don't dominate possession. Bree is a very good defender

                    I think you answered your own question "I don't get the love in with Stacey" with the reference to Fatsy's comments “bombing forward in a team dominating league one”.

                    Stacey hasn’t been a great success at Bournemouth (I believe don’t really follow the premiership) but then Bree wasn’t a success at Villa, perhaps they are just a good fit with LTFC

                      I don't get the love in with Stacey, based on LI memories so your comments are spot on.

                      Bree is/was our best technical player, improved massively in the last 2 seasons, filling in at CB and being assured defensively. Gets abuse because he's multi-faceted with set pieces as well when no one asked why our midfielders didn't take them.

                      Will be sorely missed because we need someone to deliver set pieces now and cover CB but in the short term Cody Drameh looks a great prospect to offer a little more offensively which will be key in home games where we struggle.

                        Good move for him and us. Did well for us but if he wants to jump ship then we don't want him here. Everyone knew this was going to happen anyway.

                        Probably a good chance he will come back as an Southampton player next unless we go up and they come down, or if they come down which will more than likely happen.

                          Yep, if they don't get a decent striker they're going down.

                          Bree won't be starting there anyway, he's a back up RWB as they got a major injury there although I expect him to get regular minutes.
