    Saturday

After the game on Saturday I’d like to visit an old friend currently stuck in the L&D. I need to get to Leighton Buzzard station afterwards and I’ve sussed out the bus times - how long/easy is it to get to the bus stop on the busway? Genuine question.

It's about a 10 minute walk from the Stanton Road stop to the L&D.

A 31 from Bury Park takes you to the hospital but usually works out slower

Get a bus from Clifton Road busway stop if you can elbow/barge/wrestle your way onto a bus to Stanton Road stop. Go straight from that stop down Stanton Road and it comes out near the traffic light junction of Lewsey Road and A505. The hospital will be pretty much straight in front on you.

The A, F70/77 and I think the B, C and E (not Arriva buses) go past the Stanton Road stop. The Z goes as far as Chaul End Lane on the bus way and then Dunstable Road to the hospital.
