The bulk of NI contributions are paid into the ring-fenced NI funds for pensions and certain other benefits.

The NHS pay rises will be funded almost entirely from general taxation.

I think a lot of us would. Unfortunately I have zero confidence the extra revenue raised would be spent correctly!!!
