          No objections at all to maximising true playing time I don't really favour thd idea of switching to 60 minutes and stopping the clock for every time the ball goes dead, as has been suggested but there needs to greater transparency. The Argentina game finished 6 minutes over the added eight.

                They were pondering on the idea of a 60 minute match, but the 60 minutes were of the ball in play and in motion. Time wasting no longer becomes an effective tactic

                  I don't like making changes but I think it's coming to that. Refs rarely add anything like the time that has been wasted on.
